This website
codigeni.com presents Codigeni's products and services. Product descriptions, screenshots and prices on this site are for information; the terms of any purchase are the ones in the written quotation or agreement for that product.
Products and custom work
Each product is delivered under its own licence, stated on the product page or in the quotation. Custom development is done under a written agreement that sets the scope, the price, the delivery and who owns the code. Nothing on this site is an offer that binds either side until that agreement is signed.
Hosted products
Hosted products such as ConversaAI have their own terms of service, which govern the use of that product. ConversaAI's are at conversaai.net/terms.
Governing law
Codigeni is based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and these terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
