What it does
- Conversational room booking — detects availability questions in natural language, extracts dates & room names from the message, and queries the resort’s live availability API in real time.
- Guided reservation flow (state machine) — confirm date → check availability → request advance payment with receipt upload → confirm booking → notify the resort system via webhook, with pending/failed handling at every step.
- Modular Laravel 12 architecture — Support, AiAgent, Companies, Websites, Teams, Leads, Email & Marketing modules with module → action → permission RBAC and JWT auth.
- Company-scoped embeddable widget — widget keys, website scoping, org-aware broadcast channels (Pusher protocol) and subscription-gated access.
- Team-to-website ticket routing, auto lead & follow-up creation when tickets close, email templates & campaigns.
- AI layer — RAG pipeline (chunking → OpenAI embeddings → Qdrant/Pinecone), per-company OpenAI budget manager with graceful fallback.
