Apex Homes MGT — Custom WordPress Theme (Property Preservation)
A fully hand-built WordPress theme (“rinbuild”) for a US property-preservation & REO-services company — custom-coded from scratch: dynamic theming, animated sections, 15+ service pages and a vendor network.
A ground-up custom WordPress theme I built for Apex Homes MGT (apexhomesmgt.com), a nationwide SFR & REO property-preservation firm. No page-builder shortcuts on the core — the theme (rinbuild) is coded by hand, including a dynamic color system, scroll animations and a full library of service templates.

What it does
- Custom theme from scratch — hand-coded templates, header/footer, and a PHP-driven dynamic color system (theme accent generated server-side from one setting).
- Animated, modern UI — AOS scroll animations, animated stat counters (33 years, 38 markets, 48+ service types) and a bespoke hero.
- 15+ service pages — property preservation, inspections, winterization, conveyance, property securing, renovation & repair, rental turn-key, landscaping, pool, HOA, utilities and more, each on a reusable custom template.
- Company, employees/careers (“Join Us”), vendor-network, FAQ and contact sections — a complete corporate site architecture.
- Responsive Bootstrap foundation with custom SCSS on top; SEO-structured and fast.
